#1: Owner Operator
We are seeking driven and passionate individuals to take on the role of owner-operator at our esteemed summer camp.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to manage 70% of the camp's operations, hand-pick your own staff, and enjoy the majority of the profits – giving you unparalleled autonomy and control over your camp's success.
As an owner-operator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the camp experience, from following our ALM Curriculum to foster a positive and inclusive environment for campers and staff alike. Your leadership and vision will be instrumental in driving the camp's growth and success, while also reaping the rewards of your hard work through a significant share of the profits.
We are seeking individuals who are dedicated, entrepreneurial, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences for campers. #2: After School Coaching at Elementary Schools
Calling High School Junior - Seniors+
Our On-Campus After School Coaches will take place at the Local Elementary Schools.
Coaches can be as young as High School Juniors - Must have Playing experience that Include but not limited to: Soccer, Basketball, Cheerleading, Dance & Flag Football.
Our School Teams will Participate in The ALM Game Day Event
The Current Areas that we are seeking are: Florida - Miami Gardens, Hialeah, Miami, Kendall and Homestead.
We can assign you to your nearest school
Schedules will vary between:
Monday - Friday
3pm-6pm
Reliability is Key
Enthusiasm / Personality is a must
Pay Rate is minimum wage but also based on Experience

#3: Camp Director
Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Recreation, or other applicable field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years working in camp or childcare setting; supervisory experience preferred
- Currently teach ideal in Private/Public Schools but not required
- Experience working with children in various age groups
- Ability to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training will be provided)
- Child Care License highly preferred but not required
- Sports Playing / Coaching Background Preferred but not Required
Summer Camp Site Directors Responsibilities (are, but not limited to)
- Responsible for the Assigned Camp
- Lead the camp site including managing/coaching staff and overseeing scheduling
- Oversee daily Scheduling & Daily Activities
- Maintain DCF compliance of camp site
- Coordinate with the transportation team
- Adhere to risk management procedures
- Organize camp events
- Get Physically involved in activities (leading by example)
- Working with the Sports Coordinator and Secretary daily
- Communicate Regularly with Regional Director
- Communicate with Parents
- Help in Recruiting Leaders & Volunteers (Commission)
- Help in Recruiting Campers (Commission)
-Weekly Pay based on experience and/or Recruiting Efforts
The goal would be for you to help with recruiting to increase these numbers.

#4: Camp Assistant Director / Driver
Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Recreation, or other applicable field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years working in Sports Coaching Programs or Fine arts or Drama or Music / STEM or experience in achildcare setting;
- Knowledge and Teaching/ Coaching experience with multiple Activities
- Experience working with children in various age group
s- Ability to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training will be provided)
- PE / Dance /Art / STEM / Education Instructor Preferred but not Required
Responsibilities (are, but not limited to)
- Help with Transporting our Campers in out 15 passenger vans
- Coordinate Daily Activities / Sports / Competitions / Fun Prizes
- Coordinate Leaders and Volunteers
- Being involved in the Activities (leading by Example)
- Coordinating Competition Games with the Other Camps
- Being Creative with different exercises / Activities / Games Etc
- Promoting Sportsmanship
- Making Camp SAFE & FUN

#5: Camp Counselor / Leader

Assist Our Director & Assistant DirectorsWork a minimum of 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week or 4 hours a day / 20 hours a weekAllocated break time | 6- 10 weeks of CampMonitoring assigned camper group at all times - Restrooms, Snack, Lunch BreaksMonitoring assigned camper groups going to the Park, Library, Movies & Field TripsGetting in the Water when at the Pool (to monitor group)Assist in Demonstrating Groups /Campers Basic of Sports / Dance / DramaTrain your Groups /Campers for CompetitionInteract with / Play ActivitiesBecome a Leader of the Week

#6: Counselor In Training (CIT)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
High School Freshman / Sophomores / Juniors / Seniors
- Must Play a Sports or Musical Instrument or Special Talent that you can teach the Campers
- Willingness to Learn
- Creative Mind
- Enthusiastic
- Must love working with Children
- Reliable & Dependable
WHAT WILL LEADERS DO?
- Assist Our Counselors / Directors
- Work a minimum of 5.5 hours a day
- 30 minutes break | 6- 10 weeks of Camp
- Assisting Counselors Group at all times Restrooms, Snack, Lunch Breaks
- Assisting Counselors Groups going to the Park, Library, Movies & Field Trips
- Getting in the Water when at the Pool (to monitor group)
- Assist in Demonstrating Groups /Campers Basic of Sports / Dance / DramaAssisting Counselors to Train assigned Groups /Campers for CompetitionInteract with / Play Activities
- Become a CIT of the Week
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THIS SUMMER EXPERIENCE
- *Up to $50 per week Compensation (Travel / Food) [if work full hours]
