1. General Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Early Cancellation (More than 30 Days Before Camp Start
Date):

  - A full refund, minus a non-refundable processing
fee of $100, will be issued if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start date of the camp session.

  - If payment was made using Affirm or Klarna, refunds will be processed according to their respective policies, and may involve
partial refunds depending on interest or fees paid.

- Late Cancellation (30 Days or Fewer Before Camp Start Date):

  - A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations that
occur within 30 days of the camp start date.

  - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 10 days of the camp start date, except under extraordinary circumstances
(see section 3).

2. Payment via Affirm and Klarna:

 - Monthly Payment Schedules:

  - Families utilizing Affirm or Klarna to pay on a monthly basis must adhere to their payment schedules.

  - In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed based on the amount paid up to the point of cancellation minus applicable fees.
Be aware that interest and fees charged by Affirm or Klarna are non-refundable.

3. Extraordinary Circumstances:

 - In cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary
circumstances (such as family emergencies), please contact us directly at almsportsteam@gmail.com to discuss possible exceptions to our standard policy.
Documentation may be required.

4. How to Cancel or Request Changes:

name, Location, session dates, and reason for the request.

5. Refund Processing Time:

 - Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of refunds. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, and the
timeline may vary based on Affirm or Klarna’s refund processing policies.
